About

There are a lot of things that go into developing a website.

If you don’t know what those things are you, you might not know what to ask. For example, on any given site, not matter how simple or complicated, it NEEDS to have these things:

  • Needs to work on both Mac & PC
  • Needs to work on all types of browsers eg Internet Explorer 6 thru now, Firefox, Safari, & GoogleChrome
  • Needs to have a professional design that looks great so people judge you positively (and they do whether you like it or not)
  • Easy to navigate around for your users. Remember, the second they get frustrated they can easily go back to Google and find a thousand other sites to spend time one

When you hire a Phoenix web design company there are a lot of unknowns as well. You probably want to consider:

  • their past work and what that will look like for you?
  • how fast they get stuff done and how quality that work actually is under the hood?
  • is the price reasonable for the level they’re working at?
  • do they provide support after it’s all over are you just swinging in the breeze with a website you know nothing about?

After it’s all done, how easy is it to update? Do you have to pay someone to update it for you or did they make easy for you to update?

When you’re actually working with a web development company, consider these things:

  • Are they helping you to develop their vision or are they just telling you what you need without really understanding how your business is different?
  • Do you really understand you and your business or are they just cramming what they know about web design into what they think you should be? Sometimes it’s hard to discover
  • Do they specialize in anything or do they just take on any ole project and bang it out like you’re a number?
  • Do they answer the phone or email you back when you need more info or have input to give? Believe me, it can be frustrating and it’s not necessary.

Listen, here’s the real deal when it comes to me:

I’ve been doing this for close to 12 years when the web was an itty bitty baby and I’ve worked with all kinds of clients and business types on all types of projects ranging from simple to complex and everything in between.

What I’ve learned over that time is impossible to put down on paper. It involved many mistakes and learning experiences. Often knowing what NOT to do has been as important as knowing what to do. If you’ve never had a website before, or had one that a friend’s uncle’s brother who “knew html” did for you real quick, or you have had a real, professional website and just want to go to the next level, you’re in good hands.

If I’m not the right fit, I’ll tell you. I’ve had a lot of success with this business and it’s taken me a very, very long time to put my team together. I’m very aware of what we can do and what we can’t. I’ll tell you right up front which category you fit into. I don’t need your money and you don’t need to be unhappy. Bottom line.

I’ve a very good idea what you may need for your website after talking to hundreds of clients. I also have a keen ear so I can modify and customize it to suit your situation. We’ll be working together. It’s not the kind of thing you turn me loose on. It’s your business and you know it better than anyone. We’re going to get you to the next level together.
